Bwaila Women Choir

Biography

Bwaila Women’s Choir is a Choral grouping of women based in Balaka district. The group started doing music in 2012 but in 2021 it’s when they started doing serious music. In 2021, Bwaila Women’s Choir released their first album Titled “Pakuitana” recorded at Center Vibe Studio in Balaka. The album consist hit songs which enjoyed airplays in various radio stations. The group has also a DVD of that particular album. Bwaila Women’s Choir has shared stage with Ethel Kamwendo, Kamazu Barracks, Favoured Martha, Maggie Mangani , Great Angels and Mlaka Maliro.
