Biography

Cobra A.K.A Rap Soldier is the name which carries weight in his music carrier. Born as Careson Kambuku on 10th April 1989, in Namitete Lilongwe, 3 born in a family of 7 Children He (Cobra A.K.A Rap Soldier) did his primary education at Namitete Primary School in Lilongwe and attended his Secondary education at Mulunguzi Secondary School in Zomba; He then joined the Malawi Armed Forces College (MaFCo) in 2009 to pursue his tertiary education. He did his Security Studies Course and Joined the Malawi Military Forces. He started singing in 2012 where he released his first solo track titled “He can’t Catch Me” After being inspired by the Malawi’s hottest urban artists, Cobra proceeded to record his full album “Makondamakonda” which featured popular artists likes of; Nepman, Star Marley, Sangie and King Size. He aims high of becoming one of the hot urban artist in the country. Cobra has the potential to reach his heights as he has the talent to produce good songs.
