Meet James Chauma, professionally known as DJ Nthawi, hailing from Salima village, T/A Namikute. Born in 1991, he's the first-born in a Muslim family of three children, although he identifies as a Christian. James completed his education at Kaliyeka Secondary School. His musical journey began in 2017, transitioning from a background in comedy. With a diverse background and unique style, DJ Nthawi is making waves in the music scene, blending his artistic talents with a day job that keeps him connected globally.
