Biography

Estiner came on to the Malawi music scene in 2008 when she released the 10-song album "Zili bwino", whose title shot her to fame and continues to enjoy massive airplay. She double-launched the Zili bwino CD and DVD in 2010 in her resident city of Blantyre. She released and launched a second 10-song album in 2012, and has also produced three singles (Made for you, Chete Moyo wanga, and Kwacha) between 2015 and 2018. The singer-songwriter sings gospel with a voice, lyrics, and presentation that are reminiscent of the genre yet uniquely distinctive to her.
