Biography

Emmzi, birth name Emmanuel Kamanga is rising AfroSwing & Dancehall artist from Malawi based in Ireland. He began making music in 2012 although his career hit a kick start after releasing his first official single ‘’Whine’’ in 2017. The single received great reviews in Ireland and he has since then performed at several shows including “Cairde Sligo Arts Festival”. Emmzi has worked with different producers such as; Simba (of Jungle beam Studios, Ireland) Paul Hauss (NoGimmicks, Germany) DCQ Beats, Dan Bannon (Electric Eye Studios, Ireland) and Lonje (Alcatrek Records, Ireland) just to mention a few. Emmzi’s music has a catchy and authentic vibe to it and has shown a lot of versatility throughout his recent releases. His voice is definitely one to listen out for.
