Biography

Gift Trey Mphande is a Likoma based artist who goes with the title "Gkisy" as his stage name. He was born in a family of 4 childrend and he is Yao by tribe and 22 by age. He grew up in a Christian family and his passion for music made him engage in doing his own songs in the year 2018. He believed in himself that music is the talent that God gave him and he has been investing a lot in it. so far, he has worked with some of the well known artists like K banton, Guntola, Slyc, Lil B, Jay Jay Cee just to mention afew. He has full confidence that his music is here to bring an impact in Malawi to change the mindset of people, to entertain as well as teaching through his art. Finally, there are so many musicias who have inspired him but BlackNina is the top of all.
