Esau,vocalist for The Very Best, ' really wanted to write a song about the corruption, poverty, struggle of Malawi, and how frustrated he was about the fact that very little has changed since independence.' Kimba Mutanda was inspired by the song to write more about some of the events that happen in Malawi. Remix production was done by Dominant 1.
