Biography

Nyandoro Mthenga is a traditional artist who burst into the music scene in 1999 with his song Binji na Mkazache a song from his debut album. He comes from Tengani Nsanje and he plays traditional music called sena jive which is influenced by "Utse", Ulimba, nkheteket, malombo and other seba dabces. He has six albums from which hit songs such as Binji na mkazache, sena jive, wako ndi wako, rediyo 9 and others come from. Nyandoro is a composer, singer and performer. He performs with his band called SeJi Vibrations
