Sam The Messenger

Biography

Sam, the Messenger, (real name SamJere) is a composer and a singer based in Blantyre. I have been writing songs and singing ever since I was young. Have composed songs for different artists and gospel groups. My first recorded composition was a song called 'Ndidzayimba' (2006) with the group, The Royal Sounds, a trio comprising myself and two colleagues. The song was recorded by Noto Pligo and late William Khwiliro at Golden Studios in Chirimba, Blantyre. It went on to reach position 2 on the Top 20 Gospel Show on Calvary Family Curch (CFC) Radio. Over the years, I have recorded more songs which are yet to be released.
