Biography

Singlay(pronounced sing-ley) is an R&B/Soul singer/songwriter born Chisomo W Masinja. He was born on the 20th of april in the city of Lilongwe but currently lives in Zomba. Singlay discovered he can sing and composed his first song when he was only six. Since then he became serious with his singing talent and in 2010, Singlay had his first sing in front of the mic at PR multimedia in Mulanje when one of his friends, Oliver Andrys, introduced him to the producer who is Reuben Kay Banda. Reuben offered himself to work with Singlay on three songs for free for after being impressed by his talent. Singlay worked with Reuben until 2013, when Singlay and his parents traveled to Zomba.
