Willard (jr) and Willson chimombo A.K.A W-twice hip-duo are twin brothers born in the family of Willard (snr) and Flora Chimombo
The twins were born on 6th august 1995 and were raised in Ndirande. Upon completion of their primary school level they were selected to Namalimwe C.D.S.S until they wrote their M.S.C.E in 2012.
They started off as Dancehall artists and recorded their 1st track at Ghetto Records called Mkazi wanga, this is the song that gave them the courage to continue making music.
Later in 2010 they Decided to switch to Hip-hop and they recorded their 1st hip-hop song I CAN’T BELIEVE alongside an R’n’B artist Chrisco.
The twins made their breakthrough in the year 2012 when they released their hit single SALIMUFASHO recorded at Lo-budget by GD which was latter followed by another single
CHEKE-CHEKE THWAA which featured Mphatso Chikalipo(Mr P) and Reuben Vinkhumbo(Reuben-V).
Their two most memorable moments was when they first performed at the 2013 101 FM DOLO WA MU HOOD FINALS at the ozone refreshment center and when they got signed to Musiki Pusha Entertainment.
